Stick construction:
Standard series in general:
The façade series is a system construction with 50mm sight line in stick installation method made of aluminium profiles with insulation strips and outer cover profiles for glazings with EPDM gaskets.
Construction possibilities:
- For plane surface, vertical and angled curtain wall facades
- For inclined and 3-dimensional glass roof constructions or spatial structures
- Suitable for conservatories and glass annexes Roof pitch 10° - 70°
- Industrial facades with technical structure
- System with integrated pressure profiles characterizing a structural glazing
- Bullet resistant facades
- Burglar resistant facades
- Fire protection aluminium façade of fire resistance glass G 30 and F 30 from the standard programme
- Fire protection parapet W90
The profile programme comprises of:
- Mullion and transom profiles, construction dept 50mm up to 260mm
- Variable mullion and transom profiles in angle
- Selectively, cover profiles made of aluminium or high-grade stainless steel
- Special profiles for base point, eaves point, steel base construction, industrial façade, integrated pressure profiles and roof vent sash
Profile connecting technique:
Transom notched and screwed with overlapping joint
With connectors above 1.2kN (120 kg) infill weight, also suitable for subsequent transom assembly
Mullion axis according to statical values
Infill thicknesses:
Infills from 3mm up to 51mm
In roof vent sash up to 40mm
Thermal insulation:
Uƒ – Value 1.2 – 2.4 according to prEN 12412-2; 1997-10 and prEN 10077-2; 1998-11
Thermal insulation strips and infill thicknesses above 24mm construction depth for higher requirements on thermal insulation
Sound insulation:
According to DIN EN 20140 part 3, sound insulation ranging up to Rw 46 dB (DIN 4109)
