Fire protection façade:
G 30 and F 30 according to DIN 4102.

• The system is suitable for inner and outer application.
  Admissible element or floor height 5000mm.
• The Length (width of elements strung together) of fire potection façade is not limited.
  Axis dimension max. for G 30 = 2023 mm
  Axis dimension max. for F 30 = 2423 mm

Profile technique:

• Pressure profiles with inserted high-grade steel band
• 3-dimensional mullion can be used
• Polygonal façade up to ± 5° per mullion side with standard pessure profiles
• Fire protection in mullion and transom profiles with additional insertion profiles with integrated gypsum fibre plates
• Termination of glazing rebate with intumescence material

Gasket profiles:

• Standard EPDM gasket for F 30 facades
• Chloroprene quality gaskets for G 30 facades

Glazing and panels:

• F 30: Upright format = 1500mm x 2600mm
  Broad format = 2400mm x 1400mm
• G 30: Upright and broad format = 1200mm x 2000mm

• Panels, upright and broad format 1400mmx 2300mm
• Infill thickness:
• F 30: 15 up to 20mm, 32mm, 36mm
• G 30: 10mm, 32mm

L = Rafter profiles according to statical requirements, max 4000mm
h = Floor height max 5000mm
α= 15° up to 80° and horizontal roofs 0° up to 15°
Glass pane dimensions in roof pitch max 1200 x 2300mm and 700 x 2300mm selectively in upright and broad format

Possible roof constructions:

• Glass annexes with eaves or gable glazing, Pyramids or special roofs on request
• Roof pitch between 0° - 80°, below 10° roof pitch under own responsibility of fabricator
• Glass type:
  For F 30 according to DIN 4102-13 – fire protection glazings
  - Contraflam 30- ISO and Contraflam 30 N2
  For G 30 according to DIN 4102-13 – fire protection glazings
  - Contraflam lite ISO and Contraflam lite

The glass statics for the respective installation position must be checked by the glass manufacturer.
Consider the transport, storage and installation instructions

• Tested glass formats:
  Roof pitches between 15° - 80°: 1200 x 2300mm
  Roof pitches between 10° - 15°: 700 x 2300mm
• Generally, while planning and execution of aluminium glass constructions, consider the requirements of building regulation of the respective, responsible federal land predefinition of local approval authorities (e.g. administrative authority for fire protection, fire brigade)
