The new Senator Bi-Fold and Lift & Slide Doors allow air and light to flood your home and really revolutionise the concept of your Patio area. These doors will make a significant change to the structure of your home, enabling your living room and garden to become as one if you so choose!  These products are a more modern concept and enable you to have an extensive opening which your normal Patio or French doors will not allow.  They are purposely designed for each individual situation and incorporate many innovative features.  Their design has ensured that they function with relative ease and you will be amazed by how easy they are to operate. They have a beautiful and modern design concept, with internal or external openings – you decide! 

Modern and stylish, the new Senator Bi-Fold [Schüco ASS70FD & ASS80FD) and Lift & Slide (Schüco ASS50 & ASS70HI) doors are an innovative way to enlarge the feel of any room and to connect your living room and garden.  Their high-quality manufacture means they can be designed and installed where wide access to your patio or garden is needed. 

The Senator Bi-Fold and Lift & Slide Doors help to create the perfect summer ambience, but it’s just as essential that they can withstand the cold Irish winter. These doors have passed rigorous weathering tests, such as BS EN 12207 to Class 3 and BS EN 12208 to class 9A  testing where they were subjected to air and water permeability (600 Pascal rating) tests before withstanding a wind-loading safety test BS EN 12210 to class B3 and Burglar resistance to WK2 level.  The Senator doors passed these tests with flying colours, so you can be confident that your doors will be draught proof and weatherproof during the cold winter months.

With a choice of designs and guaranteed high-quality performance, the Senator Bi-Fold and Lift & Slide Doors bring you the space, comfort and low-maintenance luxury of modern living.  The doors are available in any RAL colour or a Decoral woodgrain finish.  The ironmongery is available in satin as standard with other options also being available.

Senator Bi-Fold Plus folding-sliding doors are uniquely designed and have numerous original design features. The doors are incredibly easy and smooth to operate and they need very little maintenance.  They utilise a shootbolt locking mechanism to ensure that the doors are bolted firmly into the stainless steel track, maximising your security.

The unique low-threshold option creates an ease of passage from inside to outside, making it ideal for family homes or as an internal room divider.  The ultra-low threshold is just 5mm in height and is available in any RAL colour, matching the doors.
